Ingredients

Burger Bowl Dressing

Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 5-6 pieces bacon
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup dill pickles, diced
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

Burger Bowl Dressing

  • Mix all ingredients together. Store in fridge until ready to serve.

Bacon and Beef

  • Place bacon onto a parchment lined baking sheet and into a COLD oven.
  • Set the oven temperature to 425° and cook the bacon until it reaches the desired level of doneness. Remove from oven. Chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet on med-high until cooked through. Season with all-purpose seasoning.

Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl Assembly

  • Using the lettuce as a base layer, begin adding all the burger bowl ingredients as you like. Top with copious amounts of the burger bowl dressing and enjoy!
