This easy Crab and Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy, loaded with lump crab, and topped with buttery breadcrumbs. The perfect baked appetizer for parties!
Whip the creamy base: Using a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream together until smooth and fluffy.
Fold everything together: Add the green onions, garlic, hot sauce (if using), Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, cheddar, mozzarella, lemon juice, stirring to combine. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
Top and bake: Transfer the dip to a greased baking dish. Stir together the breadcrumbs (or panko) and melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.
Finish and serve: For an extra golden topping, broil for 1–2 minutes if desired. Let the dip rest for about 5 minutes before serving with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
