Ingredients
Coleslaw Dressing

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2
tablespoon
maple syrup
1
tablespoon
whole grain mustard

teaspoon
celery seed
salt and pepper, to taste
Coleslaw
½
green cabbage, finely sliced or shredded
⅓
red cabbage, finely sliced or shredded

carrots, finely sliced or shredded
1
bunch
chives, finely diced
Instructions
Make the dressing:
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Prep the veggies:
Add the cabbage, carrots, and chives to a separate large bowl and toss to combine.
Bring it together:
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill or serve:
Serve right away for a crisp, fresh slaw or refrigerate until ready to serve for a slightly softer texture.
