Ingredients

Coleslaw Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Coleslaw

  • ½ green cabbage, finely sliced or shredded
  • red cabbage, finely sliced or shredded
  • 3 carrots, finely sliced or shredded
  • 1 bunch chives, finely diced

Instructions

  • Make the dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  • Prep the veggies: Add the cabbage, carrots, and chives to a separate large bowl and toss to combine.
  • Bring it together: Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill or serve: Serve right away for a crisp, fresh slaw or refrigerate until ready to serve for a slightly softer texture.
