measuring spoons

Ingredients
1
packed cup
Medjool dates, pitted and rough chopped
1
cup
roasted cashews, unsalted
2
tablespoon
hemp hearts
2
tablespoon
chia seeds
½
teaspoon
vanilla bean paste
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Roughly chop the dates first to help everything blend smoothly.
Pulse until the mixture is finely ground and begins to clump when pressed between your fingers. It will look sandy at first — that’s normal.
Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and press firmly between your hands, then roll into a ball.
Chill briefly if desired, then enjoy.
