Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2-3 cups shredded chicken I used a rotisserie chicken

Dill Feta Dressing

Salad

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 4 Persian or snacking cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives

Instructions

Chicken

  • Debone the rotisserie chicken and set meat aside.

Dill Feta Dressing

  • Mix all dressing ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Salad

  • Toss salad ingredients to combine.
  • To the salad, add the chicken and drizzle with the dill feta dressing. Add extra feta and garnishes to your heart's desire and enjoy!
