- 2-3 cups shredded chicken I used a rotisserie chicken
Salad
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 4 Persian or snacking cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup kalamata olives
Salad
Toss salad ingredients to combine.
To the salad, add the chicken and drizzle with the dill feta dressing. Add extra feta and garnishes to your heart's desire and enjoy!
