kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Chopped Salad

Instructions
The Dressing
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
The Chopped Salad
Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing to taste, finish with extra parmesan, and serve.
