Mix all ingredients together, making sure the nuts are evenly coated.
Pour nuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Roast in a preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes, tossing at the halfway point.
After removing from the oven, let the nuts cool for 15-20 minutes.

Notes
Store the roasted nuts in an airtight bag or container in the fridge for the best result. Make sure you're using Diamond Crystal kosher salt for this recipe. If you use another brand or sea salt, cut back on the amount.
