Ingredients

  • 6 (5 oz) cans albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • cups mayonnaise more if your tuna seems dry
  • 1 cup dill relish
  • ¾ cup celery, finely diced
  • ¾ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoon capers, rough chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until you're ready. Enjoy!
