shredded lettuce, minced red onion, and dill pickle chips for topping
Instructions
Make the sauce: Mix sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store in fridge until ready to serve.
Prep the beef: Season the ground beef with all-purpose seasoning and divide into 6 equal portions (about 2½ ounces each).
Build the tacos: Place one portion of beef onto each tortilla and press it into a thin, even layer, leaving a small border around the edges.
Cook meat-side down: Place the tacos beef-side down on a hot griddle or skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the beef is well browned and crispy.
Flip and finish: Flip the tacos, top with cheese, and cook for another few minutes until the beef is cooked through, the tortilla is crisp, and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Top with shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and plenty of burger sauce. Fold and enjoy
