Equipment

  • food processor or blender
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy, unsweetened peanut butter
  • ½ cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey more if you like it sweeter

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter, tamari or soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and honey to the blender. Blend it until smooth. Sauce is done. That. Is It.
  • Toss it with your favorite noodles, use it as a dipping sauce, or drizzle it over a salad for a fun salad dressing! You just cannot go wrong!
