  • 5-6 pieces crispy cooked bacon chopped
  • 6-8 cups mixed greens
  • 4-5 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced

Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: Cook your homemade crispy chicken tenders or bake your favorite frozen tenders according to package directions until hot and perfectly crisp. Let rest briefly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Build the salad: Arrange the mixed greens in a large bowl or platter and layer with bacon, radishes, avocado, and red onion.
  • Make the honey mustard: Whisk together the mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble: Top the salad with the warm crispy chicken and drizzle generously with the honey mustard dressing.
