Dill Feta Dressing
½cupfull fat greek yogurt
½cupmayonnaise
4-6ozfeta, crumbled
3tablespoonfresh chivesminced
2tablespoonfresh dillminced
2tsp dried oregano
1clovegarlicfinely grated
juice of a lemon
kosher salt and fresh ground pepperto taste
Salad
6cupsmixed greens
4Persian or snacking cucumbersdiced
1cupcherry tomatoeshalved
1avocadodiced
¼cupred onionthinly sliced
¼cupkalamata olivesrough chopped
Instructions
Dill Feta Dressing
Whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use to let the flavors meld.
Salad
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
