Ingredients
Dressing

cup
mayonnaise

parmesan, grated

peperoncinis, minced
mild banana peppers are a great substitute

red wine vinegar

fresh parsley, minced

tablespoon
peperoncini juice
2
teaspoon
dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
red chili flakes, optional
Salad

head
iceberg, thinly shredded

cup
tomatoes, diced

cup
cucumbers, diced
½
red onion, thinly sliced
½
cup
deli ham, thinly sliced
½
cup
salami, diced
,
½
cup
provolone cheese, sliced and cut into strips
fresh parsley leaves, to taste
Instructions
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
Toss lettuce, veggies, ham, salami, and cheese together.
Add fresh parsley leaves to your taste.
Mix everything together with copious amounts of the dressing and enjoy!
