BLT Egg Sliders
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half
- 6 pieces crispy bacon
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- BLT dressing
BLT Egg Sliders
Cut a small lengthwise sliver at the base of 6 of the egg halves. This will help the eggs sit level.
Layer one piece of bacon, tomato, lettuce onto the 6 halves that have the flat bottom. Top with dressing.
Place the remaining halves on top of the dressed eggs.
Carefully, insert a skewer to secure the egg bite.
Top with a sprinkle of the bagel seasoning.
