Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half
  • 6 pieces crispy bacon
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • BLT dressing

Instructions

BLT Dressing

  • Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

BLT Egg Sliders

  • Cut a small lengthwise sliver at the base of 6 of the egg halves. This will help the eggs sit level.
  • Layer one piece of bacon, tomato, lettuce onto the 6 halves that have the flat bottom. Top with dressing.
  • Place the remaining halves on top of the dressed eggs.
  • Carefully, insert a skewer to secure the egg bite.
  • Top with a sprinkle of the bagel seasoning.
  • Enjoy!
