These BLT sliders are just too fun! They're quick and easy to make, they taste fantastic, and they have a sauces that's just so, so good!
I love these for a quick and easy snack, a high-protein lunch, and they're perfect for after school noshing.
You can customize the flavors by adding spice and lovely pickled things. You just cannot go wrong!

Assembly Tips
Assembling the BLT egg sliders is as simple as making a sandwich. Once you have all your ingredients ready, it's time to start building.
One tip that I do suggest is cutting a small, lengthwise sliver off the bottom of the egg. This will ensure the egg sits level on the serving dish.
I use one piece of bacon per egg slider (we like bacon around here!). Next, I layer the lettuce and tomato. Top off the the tangy BLT dressing. Again, don't be shy!
Use a bamboo skewer to secure the egg slider and sprinkle with a little extra everything but the bagel seasoning. I love these little bundles of protein for a fun snack. They would be great to pack for an easy work lunch as well. And, let's not neglect the idea that these would be so cute as a party appetizer!

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the egg sliders gluten-free?
Yes! These BLT Egg Sliders are absolutely gluten-free and would need no substitutions for that dietary requirement.
How can I make this dairy-free?
All you need to do is swap out the sour cream for your favorite DF version!
What if my egg sliders fall apart before I can get them in my mouth?
I love the idea of using a hard-boiled egg for a sandwich. I do have to admit, though, this can be a bit messy if they aren't secured with skewer just right. If you're having trouble with them or just simply want to enjoy the flavor without the hassle, turn the egg bites into a salad!
Just chop the ingredients and toss. Drizzle with that lovely dressing and you will have a wonderful meal without the possibility of an egg bite blowout!
