How To Make asian Chicken Noodle Soup
The best part of this chicken noodle soup? (Besides the taste, of course!) It’s beyond simple to throw together. Most of the ingredients can even be purchased already prepped. I use a rotisserie chicken to hasten the process even more.
From start to finish, this recipe shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes!
I start by simply sautรฉing the veggies, garlic, and ginger in a little avocado oil, just to soften them up a bit. Next, add the broth and the fish sauce, tamari, mushroom powder, and sesame oil. Simmer everything together until your veggies reach the stage of tender that you prefer.
After you veggies are tender, add the chicken and let that just warm through. Your chicken noodle soup is almost ready for slurping!
If you’re like me and want to keep this situation lower-carb, ladle the soup over a package of rinsed shirataki noodles.
If carbs are more your thing, I think rice noodles are definitely the way to go. However, this soup is so good you don’t even need a noodle. Just make sure you make it your own!

Begin by sautรฉing veggies, garlic, and ginger, inย avocado oil, on med-high, until they begin to soften.
- Broth.

- Chicken.
Add shredded chicken meat to the pot until just warmed through.
- Noodles.
Ladle over noodle of choice.
