Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
- 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
- 8 slices crisp, cooked bacon
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cups mixed salad greens
Pork Tenderloin
Spread yellow mustard over the pork tenderloin. Next, coat the pork with all-purpose seasoning.
Roast pork in a preheated 425° oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°. Once, fully cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest.
After the pork has cooled, thinly slice it.
Build The Sandwich
Spread copious amount of the sauce over the ciabatta rolls. Layer the avocado slices, onion, bacon, pork tenderloin and cheese on the bottom piece of bread. Top with a handful of your favorite greens. Add the top piece of the bread.
Serve and enjoy with extra spread on the side!
