I use each and every one of these items daily. These self care essentials are something I think you'll love, and, once you use them, I believe you'll fall in love with, too!

I am a huge bath girl. This self care activity is one of my absolute favorite things on the planet. My husband watches our girls while I soak the day away. It has made a huge difference in my mental health - I get some peace and quiet and my body gets refreshed and reenergized.
Dr. Teals Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution & Dr. Teals Moisturizing Bath and Body Oil
Product wise, I am a huge fan of Dr. Teal's. Their bath oil and bath salts are amazing and I even use their children's products. They are affordable, easily found (Target, Amazon, H-E-B), and smell amazing!
Bathtub Tray
Also, if you're in the bath, you need a good bathtub tray.
A nice warm bath, lovely salts and bath oil, and a little time is all you need. This bath tub tray is amazing, too. This is the exact one I use. Sometimes I read, sometimes I watch trash tv. Every time, I get the self care I need.

Drunk Elephant Makeup Melting Butter Cleanser has been a life changing self care essential for me. I've used this butter cleanser for years now. It does not irritate my eyes, it does not dry my skin out, and it is amazing. Truly.
I always double cleanse, and with this, it's enjoyable. The butter cleanser also comes with a vial of scrub granules for the days when you need some a little more exfoliation.
The Original Makeup Eraser Cleansing Cloths
Moving on to the skin care portion of our self care, enter: The Original Makeup Eraser Cleansing Cloths. I received a set of these for Christmas from my sweet sister-in-law, Kimmy. I'm obsessed. This 7-day set is perfect for the week. Just use one a day and throw them into the wash to reuse!
Crest Whitening Emulsions
This new self care discovery happened to me only a few days ago. This stuff is fantastic! The teeth whitening leave-on emulsion is simply just painted on your teeth and that's it! It doesn't feel weird or leave a strange film.
I love it and have seen great results. Just the kind of self care I like!

Every single morning I add two scoops of this collagen to my coffee. It dissolves easily and it doesn't have any flavor. I also love that it has added hyaluronic acid for added hydration and skin benefits. I've done this for years and I swear by it.

Self care essential #1 - plenty of water. I love a good water bottle and this is my favorite. Is it the viral water bottle that everyone lost their mind over? No. Why? Because of the straw. Sucking on a straw can increase the chances of having wrinkles around your mouth. And, why would anyone want that?

I looove a good comfy robe. I've had my Ugg robe for years. It's amazing. I've probably washed mine 100 times and it's weathered kids and life and it still holds ups. Get one. You need it. You'll wear it in the drop off line at school, and, for the afternoon, just add sunglasses. 😉
Heated Neck Massager
This heated neck massager is something I gave Blake for Christmas one year and then commandeered for myself. If you're like me, you carry your tension in your shoulders and neck area. This thing gets perfectly warm and has different levels of pressure to ease all that tightness. You'll feel like a new person in no time!
Fuzzy Socks
You've taken a warm bath with your salts and oils. Now, it's time to crawl in bed with your robe and fuzzy socks. These are super affordable and you might not think something like this would make a difference, but it does. Your feet will thank you for it!
Blue Light Glasses
In this age and time, blue light glasses are a true self care essential. Staring at screens all day long can disrupt our sleep. I don't know about you, but ain't nobody got time for that! These are super cute and affordable. You'll be able to read your trashy novel on the IPad (or that's what I do) AND drift off to sleep like a wee babe.
