Pull Up A Chair and Let's Chat!
Let me count the ways I love Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps. To start, its one of my all-time favorite salads wrapped up in a handheld bundle. They're quick and easy to throw together in a moments notice and everybody likes them. If you don't like them we can't be friends. Just kidding. But, no. Seriously.
Grab whatever cooked chicken situation you have one hand, throw in some crispy bacon and diced avocado. Next up, add some chopped romaine and cherry tomato halves. Grab that wonderful, glorious dressing and drizzle away. Top with croutons for an added crunch, as well as a ode to a classic Caesar salad. I'm drooling just thinking about this.
These wraps are the perfect answer to what to bring for lunch to the office. Having a picnic? Make these ahead of time and throw them in a cooler. They're great for roadtrips when you need an easy meal on the go, but I just love them when I need a simple lunch while I'm chasing my kiddos around. Make these Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps once, and I promise they'll be a new family favorite!

Anchovies: Fabulous or Funky, That Is The Question
I know, I know. Anchovies get a bad wrap. It's a tiny little fish that has some...shall we say...funk? What anchovies are is a small saltwater fish that has a very distinctive strong, briny flavor. What that translates into for cooking is: salt. They have a very particularly salty flavor that cannot be duplicated.
I am a huge fan of using anchovy paste or anchovies. Please, please give them a try. Salt enhances the flavors of things and anchovies make my Caesar dressing shine.

Frequently Asked Questions
How could I make this recipe gluten and/or dairy-free?
To make this Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps recipe gluten-free, simply use your favorite GF tortilla/wrap situation. For the croutons, try the crispy parmesan salad toppers. Those are delicious and would pair so well with this recipe! For my dairy-free peeps, swap out the parmesan cheese for a little nutritional yeast. Problem solved!
What if I don't like wraps?
Make this a salad! Forgo the tortilla and just serve this recipe as a tossed salad straight out of the mixing bowl. When I'm watching my carbs, this is exactly what I do!
Where did the Caesar salad originate?
The Caesar salad is originally from Tijuana, Mexico. Italian chef, Caesar Cardini improvised this mouthwatering classic in the 1920s for hungry Americans that flooded into his restaurant one night.
Tips, Tricks, and Variations
- When preparing the wrap, spoon the salad ingredients in the middle, leaving an inch wide border. This will help keep things together when rolling it up like a burrito.
- I used a rotisserie chicken for this recipe, but feel free to use your favorite cooked chicken. I've even used chicken nuggets for my kids!
- Steak would also make a fantastic Caesar salad wrap!
- Make things spicy by adding cayenne or red chili flakes to the dressing. Pickled jalapeños would be a fun addition to the wraps, too!

Make only what you plan on eating in that particular sitting. Store the leftovers, separately, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
If you're making these Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps for a quick lunch at the office or away from the house, build the wrap that morning, wrap tight with plastic wrap until ready to eat.
I don't recommend freezing the wraps. This just isn't the recipe for that.
